A very lovely pocket watch…but I’m not even sure if it works. ^^’

One of my favorite movies, and the compass is a very good, beautifully-designed example of steampunk. I wish I could find something like it to buy, just as a souvenir to have around. :3
This is a really sleek steampunk watch and it doesn’t look too uncomfortable actually compared to most I’ve seen.
This reminds me of a digivice or something. xD Steampunk Digivice?? That would be kinda cool.
Steampunk watch that changes colors!! :O That is so cooool.
I love the center watch piece, though I’d be afraid it would be too heavy and choke me. I’m not fond of tight things around my neck. :/
Steapmunk pocket watch.
I love the aged look on the watch, where you can actually see some of the dirt and use its been put through along with its modifications to steampunk.

“At the center of this piece is a fully functioning skeleton face watch. I think the white face provides a great contrast to the brass gears and brown leather cuff. The gearings of the watch are visible as the watch ticks away. I set the watch in front of a vintage brass clock gear which measures 3 inches across.
The brown leather cuff bracelet has two adjustable straps. I added two additional small brass gears at the top and bottom of the cuff. The gears measure approximately 1.5 inches. The watch winds so there is never a need to replace a battery.
The leather cuff measures 3.5 inches wide. The straps allow for various wrist sizes. My wrist measures 7 inches and there was plenty of additional room to both tighten and loosen it.
Guaranteed to get stares and start conversations.” ~ qacreate on Etsy

A great conversation starter indeed! I’m just amazed the watch actually works.

This piece seems like a perfect mixture of gears from one common item to another—a clock and a bike combined. Very unique.
