I really like the color scheme in this one. I love blues and browns together because then the whole outfit seems a lot more calming and matured in nature.
Steampunk Commander maybe? On an airship. I could see it. Her posture is very serious and the dress just seems of higher standing, status, or rank.
Kato pulls of the brown and white color scheme very well in her clothes line. The keys on the belt are a nice touch, too. ;3
